By playing Mystic Odyssey ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. The service

Mystic Odyssey is a free, browser-based multiplayer game. No account or purchase is required to play. We may add optional, clearly-labeled features (such as sponsor messages in exchange for in-game benefits) in the future.

2. Acceptable use

While playing, you agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, or automated clients to gain an unfair advantage;
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the game or its infrastructure;
Use nicknames or messages that are abusive, harassing, or otherwise unlawful;
Reverse engineer the game to circumvent its intended mechanics or protections.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these terms.

3. Progress and data

Your gameplay progress is tied to a device identifier stored in your browser, not to a formal account. Clearing your browser data or switching devices/browsers will reset your progress. We don't guarantee progress will be preserved indefinitely — see our Privacy Policy for retention details.

4. Intellectual property

The Mystic Odyssey name, artwork, audio, and game design are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the game's assets without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

Mystic Odyssey is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the game may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable European Union law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
